AI&I Innovations looks after the unglamorous parts of a small business online: the website, the domain, the email records, the enquiry forms and the paperwork that follows.
What we actually do
Most small businesses set up a website once and never look at it again. Over time the SSL certificate lapses, an old email provider is left in the DNS records, the contact form stops delivering, or a domain is left pointing at a host nobody remembers. None of this is dramatic, but it costs enquiries, and it can leave client information handled less carefully than the owner assumes.
We review those things, write up what we found in plain language, and fix what the owner asks us to fix. The review covers website loading and SSL, DNS and Cloudflare settings, email authentication records (SPF, DKIM and DMARC), enquiry forms, and how documents and deadlines move through the office.
How a job runs
- We begin with what is publicly visible, such as DNS records and how the site responds. Anything deeper needs the owner's written permission first.
- You get a fixed quote before paid work starts, so there are no surprise invoices.
- Domains, hosting and email stay in your name. When a job ends you hold every login, and we hand over a short written note explaining what was changed.
Software we have built
Alongside client work we design our own tools. Compliance Alert tracks tax and company deadlines. Capture Power turns bank statements into reviewed accounting captures. Calculate Income Power offers income and tax calculators for South Africans. Payroll Power prepares payroll for small offices. Building these taught us how errors creep into everyday office workflows, which is the same thing we look for when we review a client's setup.
