This policy explains what personal information AI&I Innovations handles through this website and your rights under the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).

Who is responsible

AI&I Innovations is a South African business that provides website, email and workflow services to small businesses. Contact details are on the contact page.

What this website collects

Reading this website does not require an account, and the site has no sign-up or enquiry form. It does not currently run advertising cookies, analytics or tracking scripts.

The site is served by Cloudflare, which processes standard technical data when a page is requested, such as IP address, browser type and the page visited. This is used to deliver the site and to defend it against abuse.

Messages you send us

If you write to us by email or WhatsApp, we receive whatever you choose to include, for example your name, phone number, website address and question. We use it to reply, to prepare a quote and to carry out work you have asked for. Email passes through Gmail and WhatsApp is run by Meta, so their own policies apply to how those services handle the messages.

Keeping and sharing information

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers we need in order to run the website or do the work you asked for, and we keep it only while it is needed for that purpose or required by law, after which we delete it.

Links and featured advertisers

This site links to businesses we feature and to our own product websites. Those sites have their own privacy practices. Clicking a link from this site does not pass your personal information to the advertiser.

Advertising on this website

Adverts on this site are placed directly by AI&I Innovations for businesses that have arranged it with us. We do not use third-party advertising networks, and the adverts do not follow you around the web or build a profile of your browsing.

If that ever changes, or if we add analytics or cookies, this policy will be updated before the change goes live, and we will ask for your consent where the law requires it.

Your rights under POPIA

You may ask what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, and object to how it is used. Send any request through the contact page. If you believe your information has been handled unlawfully, you may complain to the Information Regulator (South Africa).
