Quotes and scope

• Prices displayed here are starting points. A fixed written quote is agreed before paid work begins.
• We work from publicly available information first. Access to your accounts, domain or hosting is used only with your written permission and only for the scope you approve.
• Recommendations are made with reasonable care, but no review can guarantee that a system is free of every risk.

Authority and access

You confirm that you are entitled to authorise any work you ask us to carry out. Keep your own backups of anything important. We will agree how access is shared before work starts, and you remain the owner of your domain, hosting and email throughout.

Advertisers and third-party links

Featured adverts and outbound links lead to businesses we do not control. We are not responsible for what they publish or sell, and any dealings with them are between you and them.

Ownership of content

The text, design and software on this website belong to AI&I Innovations or are used with permission. Please ask before copying or republishing them.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, AI&I Innovations is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website or reliance on its general information. Nothing here limits a right you hold under South African consumer law that cannot lawfully be limited.
